IN MY HOUSE

It’s a “In My House” Monday.
LORD WE GIVE YOU THANKS FOR THIS NEW DAY, WE SHALL REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT. AMEN.
Yesterday, I shared some of my thoughts about saving the children. If you recall I said that we needed to start raising them like we were raised. You can’t complain if you are not helping and you can’t help if you don’t have yourself together because we must lead by example. Well if you don’t mind I have some more I want to say about this subject. In order to save the children we need to give them some rules, standards and values to live by. They need discipline in their lives and that must come from the home first, then the school church and community. I know they have cultural ways for their generation, but they need to learn that there is a time and place for everything. But somethings are just not acceptable, at least not in my house. (Somebody say, “Break it down Brown!”) Well you see, if you are living in my house, you will follow my rules. If you are living in my house, you will pull your pants up and your skirt down and take your hat off in a building. If you are living in my house, there will be no locked doors and no hiding places from me. If you are living in my house, education will be your number one priority. If you are living in my house, I need to meet your friends and their parents. Women will be treated with respect. Doors shall be opened for them. They will always be given a seat and the male must always walk on the outside when walking down the street. Last but not least if you are living in my house, you will study the word of GOD, attend church and take part with church activities. I say like Josiah: “As for me and my house we will serve The Lord.” Now I know this sounds old-fashioned because it is, but it works. This is how my grandmother raised me and if it worked for her and others it will work for you. Our children are not lost, they are just misguided by some misguided parents. We just need to change our ways and guide them in a new, more positive direction. Big Momma and I dare you to try it. Yesterday we held the celebration of life for my friend Dr Lisa Williams Smith. It was a beautiful service at Freedom Theatre in Philadelphia. Please pray for her family because I still believe that prayer works and GOD answers prayer. Now let’s give GOD some praise for HIS goodness and HIS mercy. AMEN!
This is Rev Dr Wm Rocky Brown, 3rd letting you know that GOD and I Love you and we approve this message because we want to motivate your mind, body & soul.
So be happy and enjoy the blessings of The LORD today my friend!
