LORD, AS WE, GO THROUGH THIS HOLIDAY SHOPPING TIME, HELP US TO KEEP YOU IN CHRISTMAS, TO REALIZE THERE ARE SOMETHINGS MONEY CAN’T BUY. AMEN.
Well, it’s holiday shopping time. Merchants are selling, and folk are buying but remember a lot of things they can sell and a lot of things you can’t buy. You see,
They can sell you clothes. But you can’t buy a neat Appearance, Style or Attractiveness.
They can sell you shoes. But you can’t buy foot comfort and the pleasure of walking in the open air.
They can sell you candy. But you can’t buy happiness and the pleasure of good taste.
They can sell you furniture. But you can’t buy a home that has comfort, cleanliness, and contentment.
They can sell you books. But you can’t buy pleasant hours and the profits of knowledge.
They can sell you toys. But you can’t buy play things to make your children really happy.
They can sell you tools. But you can’t buy the pleasure and profit of making fine things.
They can sell you a refrigerator. But you can’t buy the health and better flavor of fresh kept food.
They can sell you tires. But you can’t buy freedom from worry and a low-cost-per-mile ride.
They can sell you plows. But you can’t buy green fields of waving wheat.
They can sell you many things, but you can’t buy Ideas Feelings, Self-respect, Homelife, Happiness, Salvation Or Everlasting life!
Enjoy your holiday shopping but remember, “Jesus Is the Reason for the Season!” So what are you buying me? Call me I’ll tell you what I want. LOL. But I’m serious ya’ll. Call me. I got my phone in my hand, and I’m waiting.
