LORD, HELP US TO LIVE IN SUCH A WAY THAT WE WILL BE READY NO MATTER WHEN YOU COME. AMEN.
If Jesus should come this Sunday,
And it may be that he will,
Would the thing that you’ll be doing
Set the Master’s heart a thrill ?
If Jesus should come this Sunday,
Would He find you loyal, and true
In your place with your influence doing what He’d have you to do?
If Jesus should come this Sunday,
Let’s just suppose He came at ten,
Would He hear you answer “Present”
In the Sunday school class you should attend?
If Jesus should come this Sunday,
If He came just at eleven,
Would He find you in His service,
Singing praises unto heaven?
I’m just saying, if He came this Sunday, if He came today, what you gonna be doing? Umm!!
